Position: Senior Fit out Projects/ Internal Decoration

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Fit out Projects/ Internal Decoration professional to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple fit out projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all aspects of the design process, including space planning, material selection, and furniture procurement.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and design vision is achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion within allocated funds.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, and incorporate them into project designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fit out projects and interior decoration, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
• Proficiency in revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Fluency in Arabic & English, both written and verbal.
