Job Title: Senior Architect Specialized in Events

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a passion for creating unique and memorable event experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Architect Specialized in Events at our large events company in Cairo, Egypt.

As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in the design and execution of large-scale events, from concept development to on-site implementation. You will work closely with our event planners, clients, and vendors to create innovative and visually stunning event spaces that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event
• Develop creative and practical event design concepts that align with the client's brand and objectives
• Create detailed event layouts, renderings, and technical drawings using CAD software
• Source and manage vendors and contractors for event production and installation
• Oversee the construction and installation of event structures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure event spaces are set up according to plan
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve event design and production processes
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns on the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in event design and production, with a focus on large-scale events
• Extensive knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred
• Fluent in English and Arabic is required
