Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Director to join our team at Large Retail Stores in Cairo. As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the company.
- Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with department managers to identify and address HR needs and concerns.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on employee disciplinary actions.
- Oversee the performance management process, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and handle any related issues.
- Manage the HR budget and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our processes and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15=20 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
