Position: Deputy Finance/Accounting Manager

PILLARS, a leading company in the [insert industry/field] is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Finance/Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.

As the Deputy Finance/Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Finance/Accounting Manager in overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will work closely with the Finance/Accounting Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budget management, and compliance with all financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions

- Monitor and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for management

- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

- Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings

- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor budget variances

- Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with all audit requirements

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions

- Mentor and train junior accounting staff

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance/Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

- CPA or other relevant accounting certification is preferred

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in [insert industry/field] is a plus
