Export Manager – Fresh Produce

About the Role:
A leading agricultural export company is seeking an experienced Export Manager to drive international sales growth in the fresh fruits and vegetables sector. The successful candidate will take ownership of export sales across multiple markets, build strong relationships with international clients and importers, and contribute directly to the company's strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed business objectives and international sales targets through prospecting new clients
• Take over responsibility for export sales across several markets
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with targeted clients
• Monitor changes in the international market situation
• Resolve product or service problems and customer complaints
• Address all problems promptly, including writing detailed reports to keep on file
• Establish and manage relationships with new importers and traders to ensure fulfillment of their financial and order commitments through market feedback and visits (fresh produce field)
• Continually penetrate new markets
• Coordinate with various divisions within the company to achieve strategic goals
• Prepare periodic sales reports to senior management as required
• Gather and update information and market data on targeted markets
• Attend international fairs and exhibitions to promote products and establish relations with targeted clients

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of management experience in the fresh fruits/vegetables field
• English proficiency: Very Good
• Gender: Not specified
• Owning a car is preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel internationally for fairs, exhibitions, and client visits
