Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Sales leader to help us grow our business in Japan. You will be one of Japan's launch members at the Pie Japan office, and the front of the company. You will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Youll work directly with our Japan Country Manager to establish our company as a leading market force, and develop and maintain effective working relationships with all teams in the company. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales leader whos looking to develop and deliver a fully integrated business strategy. In addition, you will experience a real start up and international environment with a great team working globally.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through introducing innovative products and boosting business and forging strong relationships with partners.
You will :
Develop a national sales strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
Increase client base, source new leads, build pipelines
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer
Hire great people
Manage and develop your team
Report to a country manager in Japan
You need to have:
Proven 5+ years of working experience as a senior sales manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Ability to reproduce your successful achievements
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently as a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Market knowledge is a plus (tourism, tax free shopping, fintech)
BSc/BA degree, MS/MBA is a plus
Hunger to succeed and operate in a lean fast paced environment
Aggressive and goals-oriented mindset
Experience or equivalent knowledge in customer support is a plus
Japanese Native and Fluent in English
