Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online visibility and engage with clients and candidates. You will assist in creating content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance, and helping drive brand awareness for the firm. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, stories) for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Social Media Management:
- Schedule, post, and monitor content across all platforms. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community.
Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote job openings, recruitment events, and agency services.
Research & Trends:
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and recruitment industry news to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven results.
Branding Support:
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all social media platforms.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and recruiters to align social media strategies with overall business goals and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Passionate about social media and familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform analytics).
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
- Self-starter with a creative mindset and an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a professional remote environment.
- Possess and capable of developing emotional intelligence to engage with the firm's executive presence.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, SocialBee, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
