ABOUT THE ROLE:
The International Business Developer Sr. will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across Latin America. Reporting directly to the CRO, this position is responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and tactical approach to sales, with a focus on both farming and hunting. You will be working with corporate clients, SMEs, and agencies, with a strong emphasis on meeting ambitious targets. This is a hybrid or fully remote role, depending on your preference, with opportunities for career growth and development
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals with decision makers in agencies and brands
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and agencies in the AdTech, digital media, or multi-platform industries.
Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in the LATAM region.
Balance hunting for new business opportunities with farming existing relationships.
Collaborate closely with the CRO to align sales strategies with company goals.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, with travel required as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
+5 years of experience in sales, preferably within AdTec, SaaS solutions, multi-platform media, or digital agencies.
Proven track record of managing sales cycles with both large corporations and smaller clients.
Comfortable working towards ambitious targets and KPIs.
Experience in selling within or to agencies is highly valuable
Ability to work autonomously, generating your own deals
CRM management (preferably Hubspot)
Intermediate/advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
