ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a charismatic, flexible, and dynamic Team Success Manager / Project Manager with a background in the technology industry, preferably within Platform Solutions, Adobe as a Cloud Service. This role is key in ensuring the successful execution of projects while fostering a motivated and high-performing team environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping our clients and team succeed, solving complex problems, and committed to collaborative teamwork. You will bridge the gap between team members, client projects and organizational goals, driving excellence in project delivery, team engagement, and client satisfaction.

SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES

1. Client Know-how:

  • Foster our Development Team members to create strong, meaningful relationships with clients ensuring a deep understanding of their challenges, goals, and expectations from their delivery work.

2. Project coordination and management:

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and business teams to ensure seamless project kick-offs and ongoing experiences.

  • Develop project plans, track milestones, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.

  • Identify and address potential roadblocks, facilitating smooth project execution and exceeding client expectations.

3. Team Management:

  • Engage and monitor team performance, providing continuous feedback, coaching, and mentorship paths to foster a high-performing and motivated environment.

  • Implement team-building initiatives, onboarding materials, and a buddy systems to ensure alignment and support.

  • Proactively manage workloads, creating mitigation plans for fluctuations in team capacity due to special events or varying project demands.

  • Celebrate individual and team successes while providing support during challenges.

  • Create opportunities for team members to grow their skills and take on new responsibilities.

4. Client-Centric & people- centric Solutions:

  • Deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals, ensuring alignment between expectations and deliverables.

  • Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to address concerns and share updates.

  • Create memorable experiences by providing proactive support and addressing inquiries promptly.

5. Financial Oversight:

  • Track project financials to maximize margins and revenue.

  • Ensure accurate time tracking and adherence to budgets. Manage project budgets for efficient resource allocation.

  • Capacity Management

  • Monitor team capacity and resource allocation to meet client and organizational priorities.

  • Track and communicate deployments, go-lives, special milestones, and achievements.

  • Create mitigation plans for expected workload fluctuations

6. Status Reporting:

  • Provide detailed, timely status updates and actionable insights to AM/CSM for informed decision-making.

  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and risk logs.

  • Share insights and actionable data with AM/CSM to support client decisionmaking and satisfaction

7. Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions to refine processes and delivery outcomes.

  • Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance productivity and responsiveness.

  • Seek opportunities to improve project performance and integrate client feedback.

8. Technology Utilization:

  • Implement project dashboards for real-time tracking and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure tools such as Odoo, Planner, and other trackers are updated regularly.

  • Utilize project management tools, dashboards, and tracking software effectively.

9. Contract Management:

  • Ensure all client agreements are aligned with both parties' expectations and execution are following agreed scopes, timelines and team capacity.

10. Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth by learning about Adobe.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • +2 years' experience working in a B2B software or in a tech company.

  • English Proficiency in writing and speaking (TOEFL IELTS CAE exam level) is a MUST

  • Good technology skills, able to quickly learn new software/solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Confidence speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proven experience in project management, team success, or related roles.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Financial acumen for budget tracking and optimization.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, dashboards, and tracking software.

  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive team environment and drive engagement.

  • Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.

  • Advanced sense of accountability, high-quality judgment and sound decisionmaking

  • Excited to work in an agile team. Works well in a fast-paced environment, flexible, able to change direction quickly and in leading through ambiguity and constant change

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
