Senior Business Development Executive
We are searching for a strategic and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead the commercial growth of a leading digital identity verification company within a defined European market. This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of market strategy and execution, with direct reporting to the Growth leadership team.
About the Role:
As the country-level commercial leader, you will:
- Define and execute the market strategy for your country or region, driving penetration and exponential growth within the digital identity and authentication landscape.
- Identify and secure key partnerships to build a robust ecosystem of trusted clients and stakeholders, including businesses in fintech, banking, and other digital-first industries.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure a seamless integration of the company's solutions into clients' workflows.
- Maintain a proactive sales pipeline, consistently identifying new opportunities and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Travel regularly to meet with clients, partners, and stakeholders across the region.
- Contribute to the company's vision of transforming the way identity verification and authentication drive trust in digital transactions.

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within digital identity, KYC, fintech, cybersecurity, or a related tech-driven industry.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable growth initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with experience negotiating high-value deals and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Experience in managing a market/region with full responsibility for strategy, operations, and results.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
- Native/Bilingual in French. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Remote work readiness, with flexibility to travel as needed to support business objectives.
