About the job Secretary

We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...) 

We are looking for a Secretary, who will do:

  • Proceeding division administration work, i.e. making proposals & payment requests, document filing
  • Collaborating with division members and other division colleagues to control, track, and report the progress of maintenance & procurement-related works
  • Document translation and meeting interpretation
  • Surveying the repair or maintenance requests at sites with service team colleagues & customers
  • Making reports for the issues are handling
  • Carrying out other duties assigned by the division head

Other information:

  • Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday morning)
  • Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC

Requirements:

  • Candidates are required to communicate in English and translate documents. (Equivalent to TOEIC Score from 600)
  • Proficient in office informatics skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organize works well
  • Good document management & archiving
  • Dynamic, cheerful, amiable, responsible at work.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to high working pressure.
