About the job Senior Design Coordinator Specialist (2021)

Job Description: 

  • Working experiences in architectural and interior design, related to commercial building such as serviced apartments, hotels, offices and shopping malls are preferred. 
  • Understand how to coordinate design consultants, contractors and site engineers to deliver projects on time and under budget.
  • Knowledge about current architecture development and leading architects.
  • Understand how to apply BIM to integrate MEP, landscape ID and other systems with architecture
Requirements: 
    • Education: Bachelor or above in prestigious oversea school
    • Major: Architecture
    • Language: English (Advance), Mandarin, Cantonese are the plus
    • Years of experiences: minimum 5 years
    • Personality: Integration, Good communication/coordination
    • Others: 
    • Problem solving, Independent work
    • Must staying over than 3 years in one design house/company.
    • Personality: Proactive, Creative, and Flexible.
    • Software skills: Office, AutoCAD and Sketch UP
    • Good knowledge on legal processes.  
    • Experiences in design and build projects are preferred. 
Others information:
  • Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
  • Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
