QC Engineer
About the job QC Engineer
Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. On the launching of a new Real Estate project in Bac Ninh province,
We are looking for a QC/QA Team Leader, who will:
- Supervising plan of construction’s categories on assigned construction site;
- Participate in infrastructure project’s quality control system;
- Instruct the contractor to prepare QA/QC dossier according to requirements on quality dossier when making payment, ensure to provide accurately and promptly in accordance with payment progress of assigned projects
- Carry out material sample testing at State’s quality control units; present materials for approval and track the progress of material’s approval
- Organize the acceptance of internal quality; acceptance of quality, handover of construction’s categories
- Statistically report on cases of non-compliance, non-conformity with regulations on quality standard; common errors and propose solutions for prevention, repair
- Update the quality control plan
Requirement
- 4-6 years experience in civil engineering/road & infrastructure with Bachelor University degree & new construction certificates
- Good English, plus Chineses
Other information:
- Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
- Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus)
