QC Engineer

• Understand building repair and maintenance, commercial buildings such as serviced apartments, offices and shopping malls is preferred.
• Understand waterproof repair, such as roof, expansion, toilet, piping, and others waterproof.
• Understand all building maintenance procedures and method, such as brick wall and crack repairs, alum work repair, external painting and others.
• Understand how to calculate/check the quantity.
• Understand the market price in materials is preferred.
• Understand how to manage contractor and site engineer to track schedule, deliver projects on time and under budget.
• Understand how to instruct the construction plan.
• Understand how to control construction quality by each construction step.

Other information:

• Working Location: Lawrance S.ting building, District 7, HCMC
• Working time: 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)

• 4-6 years of experience 
• Major graduated in Construction or Civil engineering
• Integration; Good communication/coordination; Problem-solving, Independent work
• Must staying over than 2 years as construction consultant or contractor. Execute and complete one whole construction project is preferred.
• Good English
