About the job TA Admin

Talent Acquisition Admin is responsible for delivering all facets of administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition Department. The duties are included but not limited to the hiring operation process throughout the organization and in-charged Subsidiaries.  

Responsibilities:
1> HR Operation
-Prepare the hiring documents and be in charge of on-boarding logistics for new joiners
-Perform as “HR Contact” of PMH to deliver two-way communication between Line Manager and new joiners of their probation results. 
-Summarize & prepare on TA weekly / bi-weekly / monthly report of new hires metrics and TA effectiveness
-Follow up and manage the monthly handover hiring documents process between TA & C&B
-Follow up on paperwork sign-off of HC Request / Recruitment Proposal / Interview Assessment
-Digitalize candidate profiles into ATS on daily basis
-Coordinate between Departments (HRBP, Admin, IT, Departments) for all the matters related to talents
Rules and Regulations
-Act as a role model to follow all working procedures, the company’s policies in a high compliance manner.
2>  Recruitment
- Be responsible for press advertisement placement and able to recommend innovative and creative design in order to attract candidates. 
-Design vacancies poster / banner to post on PMH Social media portals as Linkedin; Facebook; other career sites 
- Take part in the contents brainstorm and implement for TA’s career facebook site
- Organize candidates’data on ATS system
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants (if needed)
- Summarize data on ATS & prepare on monthly / quarterly / yearly report on TA effectiveness 
- Support the TA Department on communication of mass recruitment and annual job fairs activities
- Support TA Department on the TA’s data and related reports

Requirements:
-Education: University Degree and above in Business, HR Management will be plus  
-Language: English (Advance), Mandarin, Cantonese are the plus but not compulsory
-Years of experiences: 2 years of working experience working as similar role. Prior HR or Recruitment administrative experience is preferred. 
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking System and resumes database
-Passionate working with people, mature, and effective communication skill in both English and Vietnamese 
-Data driven, good organization skill, careful, dedicated, supportive and proficient in Excel and other MS Applications will be plus.
