About the job Site Infrastructure
Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. On the launching of a new Real Estate project in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh province.
We are looking for a Site Infrastructure Engineer, who will:
- Infrastructure design management: Overview of design scope, design detail checking, design change management.
- Cost and budget control from the design stage to construction and final acceptance.
- Responsible for supervising the on-site construction: quality, time, health, and safety supervision.
- Preserving materials and products which have been or are being constructed, avoiding loss and damage at construction sites.
- Support the tender management
- Site survey experience is an advantage
- Well understanding of the Construction law, technical standard, and current governmental regulation related to urban project development.
- Creative thinking to design option is a plus
Other information:
- Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
- Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus from Long Bien office)
- 2~4 years experience in civil engineering or road engineer; working at the related company: Construction of medium and large scale;
- Having working experience at medium and large-scale projects in the same industry.
