Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Independently to run the project from starting design until hand over project with less instruction or guide from Director
• Responsible for the project schedule. Ability to deal with difficult design issues and push schedules.
• Give out the solution for design issue during the design stage and construction stage
• Ability to lead to design coordination meeting and the meeting with designers, suppliers.
• Ability to run projects with time limits.
• Understand all submission procedure
• Have a sense of aesthetic to input good details, new ideas to designers to improve project

Other information:

• Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC

Requirements:

• Experience in Design field over 6 years prefer the working experience for Owner / Developer.
• Proficient in computer skills: Word, Excel, CAD, or other software related to Design
• Able to work independently and work in a team.
