C&B Specialist

The most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam: Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) is looking for a C&B Specialist, who will:

Responsibilities 

• Payroll calculation and advisory for compensation data analysis
• Collaborate with TLN-Mercer for Salary and Benefits Survey;
• Personnel Budget planning and review for whole PMH group;
• Propose salary package to new-joiners;
• Bonus calculation and payment;
• PIT monthly report
• Report to HR Vice President (Taiwanese)

Other information:

• Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
• Working at Phu My Hung Tower, District 7, HCMC

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years in related functions in C&B Operation
• Deep understanding of payroll, Labor Code, PIT Law
• Familiar with Mercer definitions, methodology
• Excellent Excel skill
• Good communication, presentation skill in both Vietnamese and English
• Plus Chinese
