About the job PMH - Training and Development Team Leader

This position responsible to take care all of the training programs in PMH, including compulsory training requested by law, requested by company, functional training and general training. In addition, this position also supports Head of Training and Development Department (HOD) in building Success Profile and Career Map projects.

TRAINING

  • Be responsible to cooperate with Department/ Division to organize and follow up the compulsory training requested by Law, including: make plan, source vendor, record data for audit purpose.
  • Make plan, organize and follow up with general training, functional training...
  • Support to organize Leadership training, Strategy Workshop...
  • Support HOD to manage the training budget
  • Be facilitator for internal training if there is request
  • Work with other team members to design training material, video training...

TALENT DEVELOPMENT

  • Support HOD to collect data and analyze result for Success Profile & Career Map
  • Join the internal training or facilitate the focus group / meeting to collect data

OTHERS: Join activities in T&D as: talk show, engagement events, outing trip, year-end party...

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the similar position at least 2 years
  • Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management/ employee engagement/ training program design/ succession planning/ high potential talent development/ and leadership development
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Planning and organizing work and managing projects.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English
