About the job Senior Design Coordinator - 2021
Responsibilities
- Independently to run the project from starting design until hand over project with less instruction or guide from Director
- Responsible for project schedule. Ability to deal with difficult design issues and pushing schedules.
- Give out the solution for design issue during the design stage and construction stage
- Ability to lead to design coordination meeting and the meeting with designers, suppliers.
- Ability to run projects with time limits.
- Understand all submission procedure
- Have a sense of aesthetic to input good details, new idea to designers to improve project
Other information:
- Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
- Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
Requirements:
- Experience in Design field over 6 years prefer the working experienced for Owner / Developer.
- Proficient in computer skills: Word, Excel, CAD, or other software related to Design
- Able to work independently and work in a team.
