About the job Head of E-Commerce Platform

Duties: 

  • Formulate user acquisition and retention plans for app and website
  • Lead marketing team to analyze & monitor data generated from website & app, and provide customer insight to improve operation
  • Lead marketing team to execute marketing campaign to push up user and sales
  • Lead product procurement team to source products, optimize the standard of procedure of supplier management and procurement management
  • Lead operation team to optimize the product sale, customer order process and logistics management process
  • Communicate and cooperate with IT team to improve the website and app to optimize the user interface and user experience
  • Work with IT team in integration the system among our app/ website, and supplier & logistic if required
  • Other Ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Experience required: At least 6 years or more in marketing or sales for the ecommerce business.
  • Experience for designing and setting up, launch and operate e Commerce site based on the instructions and requirements.
  • Qualities required: Teamwork skills / High collaboration skills /Campaign management skills /Content marketing skills / Data analytics skills/Consumer insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Adaptability, cooperation effectively with changes.
  • Good and clear communication skill in verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus
