Receivable Accounting Vice Team Leader

We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...) 

We are looking for a Receivable Accounting Vice Team Leader, who will in charge:

• Billing, issue invoice for more than 15,000 residents
• Monitor the AR, clarify, reconcile AP for the company's revenue. Work with related departments to push the collection
• Prepare reports relating to AR, collection, aging, budget.
• Co-operate with other members, other teams, and departments to support and settle the issue relating to AR, collecting, budget.
• Prepare a partial trial balance for projects
• Reconcile project bank balance with TB
• Coaching, guiding team members for accounting record, reports
• Other tasks from Head of Dept.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related fields: Accounting/Auditing
• Have at least 3 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing
• Computer literate, Advance English skills
• Have good communication skills
• Have experiences working in Big4 firms is preferred
