Talent Acquisition Specialist

Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH) is looking for potential candidates for the positions: Talent Acquisition Specialists (HCM & HN) as below:

Job Description:

-         To be in charge for full cycle of recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing; candidate assessing…) for assigned vacancies;

-         Work with hiring manager about department’s recruitment plan/head count plan before recruiting;

-         Deploy on-boarding process and orientation training for new staffs;

-         Administration tasks in Talent Acquisition;

-         Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment report as requested;

-         Other tasks assigned by head of Talent Acquisition Department/HR Division.

Requirements:

-         University (or above) graduation

-         Fluency in English and Vietnamese communication

-         At least 3-5 years of experiences working in talent acquisition/ recruitment

-         Passionate working with people

-         Have good sourcing skills and recruitment techniques
