PHTH - Legal Supervisor

Main tasks:

We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...)

We are looking for a Legal Supervisor, who will in charge:

• Handle overall legal activities including drafting, handling and reviewing contracts, agreements or other legal documents as well as various regulations, corporate legal dispute relates to operation
• Monitor legal risk and advise other departments accordingly
• Review and advise on contracts and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
• Represent the company before all governmental and public bodies in relation to obligations, rights, contracts and legal procedures related to the company's business.
• Support Service Center Department to have meeting or explain legal issue to property management board.
• Provide legal advisory and services interpretation to the management, including reviewing and advising on MOUs, contracts and other legal documents to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing the legal documentation for shareholders/ director's meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Law major.
• At least 3 years experience; Law firm is a plus 
• Good verbal and written communication skill 
• Good command of spoken and written English is required.
