Main tasks:

  • We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...)

    We are looking for Purchasing Officers, who will in charge:

  • Seeking partners who provides materials and services for building operation/ repair/ renovation with good quality, reasonable cost, in accordance with standards, specifications and delivery schedule.
  • Reviewing trade contracts such as: sale contract, service.
  • Following purchase progress, debt and warranty of supplier.
  • Carrying out advance and payment procedures as prescribed. 
  • Arranging, store scientifically records, contract.
  • Carrying out other duties assigned by Division Head/ Dept Head.

Requirements:

1. Education: University
2. Major: Economics/ Trade
3. Years of Experience: Over 2 years in purchasing materials and service for building/ apartment
4. English skill: Intermediate
5. Professional skills:
- Being familiar with Microsoft Office
- Having experiences in working for property management

6. Other requirements: Discipline , Reponsibility and Accountability, Communication and Negotiation skill, Logical thinking, Enthusiastic, Organization and Culture Adaptability.
