PMH - Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Main tasks: 

• QS will assist to manage and implement all procedures and policies as regulated by the company
• QS will have the duties as described hereunder from the initial estimate to the final account, with the task to seek to minimize the costs of the project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality
• Prepare cost estimate
• Prepare tender documents
• Manage the tendering process
• Tender evaluation and recommendation
• BOQ and contract preparation
• Cost analyses and value engineering
• Cost reporting and cash flow analysis
• Infrastructure cost and quantity checking
• Manage all progress claims

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years experience in quantity surveyor
• Good at Tender experience
• Bachelor degree in Construction
• Good communication skill in English (report to foreign managers)
• Budgeting skills
• Excellent IT and maths skills
• Organizational and planning skills
