Market Research & Projects Development Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Summarizing data to carry out reports on apartment market, transfer market at PMH, land market at HCM and other areas
• Summarizing data to perform customer research reports in and out of PMH
• Summarizing information and making reports to other investors about marketing programs, sales policies, personnel, ...
• Project Information / capital mobilization profile: fill in project information to hang at the sale transaction floor office, collect legal documents to apply for capital mobilization for the project (DOC)
• Contact, maintain relationships with agencies, sign new cooperative contracts, update fee payment for agencies, provide documents, sales policies and price lists for agencies
• Check and notify design changes request from customers

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economic, Investment, Business Administration
• Knowledge in laws, investment environment and real estate in Viet Nam
• Proficient in reading and communication English skills
• Have communication and presentation skills
• At least 2 years’ experience in real estate market research
