Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. On the launching of a new Real Estate project in Bac Ninh province, 

We are looking for an M&E Engineer who will:
  • Site survey, Coordinate with design consultant, departments to give out effective design plans.
  • Design management including master plan, basic design and detail design for urban infrastructure and housing development. Prepare the technical document to get the electricity connection permission.
  • Planning for supplying, operating power system of urban area, M&E systems, sewerage treatment plant.
  • In charge of progress monitoring, volume calculation, quality control of electrical, communication, and ventilation facilities to ensure proper documentation design and modifications are approved.
  • Assisst to develop the operation manual and operating guideline for urban electrical system including medium voltage, transformer station, street lighting, M&E utilities and electrical supply for household.
  • Having experiences in designing, planning electricity system for industrial and commercial and resident zones.

  • Report to Project Manager
Requirements:
  • 5-8 year experience M&E, township development
  • Having knowledge of the legal system of the State: Construction Law, Enterprise Law, Economic Law, Labor Law, Investment Law
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize work to achieve the department's goals
Other information:
  • Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
  • Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus)
