PMH - QC Engineer

Main tasks:

• Understand building repair and maintenance, commercial buildings such as serviced apartments, offices and shopping malls is preferred.
• Understand waterproof repair, such as roof, expansion joint, toilet, piping, curtain wall, stone cladding and others waterproof.
• Understand all building maintenance procedures and method, such as brick wall and crack repairs, alum work repair, external painting and others.
• Understand how to calculate/check the quantity. Understand the market price in materials is preferred.
• Understand how to manage contractor and site engineer to track schedule, deliver projects on time and under budget.
• Understand how to instruct construction plan. Understand how to control construction quality by each construction step.
• Have ability and enough the knowledge to prepare/ judgement the report for maintenance defects reasonably
• Have knowledge to use the google drive, google suit, and schedule control like MS. Project, Google sheet planning. Skill to apply the com
• puter technology to support for works is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience: at least 4 year of experiences QC in water proofing, engineering basic knowledge is good.
• Graduated in Civil Engineer major from University.
• Integration, Good communication/coordination, Problem solving, Independent work.
  
• Proactive, Creative, and Flexible.
  
• Good computer skill and AutoCAD.
