We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...) 

We are looking for a High-end Apartment Operation Team Leader, who will in charge:
  • Support Property Manager's assignment
  • Support to collect the management fee payment
  • Store all records related to operation of building.
  • Collect reports from all teams and submit to the PM, check the reporting data.
  • Check performance of subcontract supervisors, receptionists ...
  • Receive/compose letters of feedback from/to residents, departments / authorities / government departments.
  • Check and provide fully of legal documents.
  • Arrange the meeting schedule (with the resident) for the PM
  • Coordinate with departmetns of administratiion, finanance, construction ... in related work.
  • Representative PM in some cases to deal with residents / clients / contractors
  • Translate English / Vietnamese letters, documents, regulations, forms, etc.
  • Coordinate in the operation of the community when the PM is absent.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor (Business administration, restaurant, economics,...)
  • Minimum 04 years (Building/High-end apartment management, project management) and at least 1 years as assistant Property manager
  • Good English communication skills, Chinese speaking fluently is a plus
  • Experience in Real Estate, Hotel, Restaurant
  • Human Management, good at problem-solving and project management.
