QS Specialist

• Cross check of the Cost Estimation & Budget provided by Design Consultant.
• Review drawing and quantity calculation from design with a good understanding of road and infrastructure systems, lighting work, and electricity networks.
• Preparing the annual and quarterly project budget.
• Propose the tender plan and develop the contract bill of quantity for each tender package.
• Managing the contract variation in quantity.
• Benchmarking the construction cost in the project region implement the contractor pre-qualification and assessment.
• Assisting project manager in preparation of the tender document, tender invitation, and tender evaluation.
• Contract management: price negotiation with the contractor, draft contract, variation order tracking, and variation proposal to approve.
• Check and calculate the as-built quantity and responsible for executing and controlling payment, completed documents, and bidding;

• For 5 - 7 years of experience
• Knowledge of construction management, occupational safety, labor hygiene, understand the legal system of the State: Construction Law, Tender Law ...;
• Good in English, able to write the proposal letter, tender report.
• Having worked at the related company: Construction of medium and large scale;
• Skilled to synthesize and analyze information, plan and organize implementation, communicate and coordinate good teamwork, analysis and problem solving, workgroup management, negotiation, the ability to work independently at work, to maintain and establish relationships
• Proficient in office computing and specialized software;
• Dynamic, professional working style, ability to perceive and handle agile and assertive situations;
• A tender Management Certificate is required
  

• Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
• Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus)
