About the job Senior QC
Main Duties:
- Working experiences property development, related to commercial building such as serviced apartments, hotels, offices and shopping malls are preferred.
- Manage commercial renovation or maintenance
- Experiences in design and construction management.
- Experiences in grade-1 mixed use property
- Leader and manager for active international team.
- PMP or project manager level 1 license.
- Coordinate commercial management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as Senior QC on site.
- Education: Bachelor or above in prestigious oversea.
- Major: Architecture or Construction.
- Years of experience: 10 years and above
- English skill: Advanced
- Professional skill: Integration, Good communication/coordination, Problem solving, Independent wor
- Software skills: Office, Project,
- Other requirements:
- Personality: Proactive, Creative, and Flexible.
Other information:
- Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
- Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
