1. Main In charge of Selection Process
Ensure all vacancies as assigned for subsidiaries (in Northern) are fulfilled within the leading time with effective and professional compliance manner.
Act as a member of recruitment interview panel to certain levels (from Supervisor level and below) 
Obtain and assess reference checks of the successful candidates.
Maintain recruitment database and develop Talent Pool for company nationwide
Be responsible for press advertisement placement and able to recommend innovative and creative design in order to attract candidates
Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective.
Consult internal hiring managers/HRBP into recruitment selective process.
Work across functions (with C&B and HRBP) for recruitment proposal (aligned benchmark & candidates offering)
Work and maintain the relationship with external HR Partners 
2. HR Operation of on-boarding & off-boarding process
Support HRBP of subsidiaries in orientation program for new joiners
Perform as “HR Contact” of PMH to deliver two-way communication between Line Manager, HRBP and new joiners of their probation results 
Conduct exit interview and analyse the reasons of resignation during probation.
3. Employment Branding
Implement POSM and Branding activities offline or on PMH Social media portals as Linkedin; Facebook; .....
Conduct the frequency of PMH social posts on careers portals
Involve and support on Campus Recruitment campaign in terms of communication & logistics
4. HR Administration Tasks:
Follow up on paperwork sign-off of HC Request / Recruitment Proposal / Interview Assessment
Digitalize candidate profiles into ATS on daily basis
Coordinate between Departments (HRBP, Admin, IT, Departments) for all the matters related to talents
5. ATS (Applicants Tracking System):
Execute and ensure ATS was applied completely in Selection Process
Weekly recruitment report to TA Head
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by  TA Head

Requirements:
Học vấn/ (Education): College/University and above in Business, HR Management will be plus  
Ngôn ngữ/ (Language): English (Advance), Mandarin, Cantonese are the plus
Số năm kinh nghiệm/ (Years of experiences): Minimum 03 years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience, Real Estate industry knowledge is an advantage
Tính cách/ (Personality): Integrity, High sense of compliance and detail oriented, work with high attitude of collaboration
Yêu cầu khác/ (Others): 
  1. Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
  2. Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media
  3. Experience in applying high-end solutions in Recruitment (SAP, ATS,…)
  4. Data driven, proficient in Excel and other MS Applications will be plus
