About the job Sr. Employee Experience Specialist

This position supports the development of an employee-oriented process that emphasizes learning, employee development, and high performance. And will participate in running, monitoring, and improving multiple channels such as talent development, hiring, employee relations, HR systems, relevant policy development, and training/development if and when requested.
Responsibilities:
*Organization development:
  • Support in designing and forming the culture of PMH by engaging employee to social media tools
  • Strengthen business efficiency and effectiveness through performance management practice, org design, job design, and through other best practice in the market
  • Support in designing a career path and provide coaching to strengthen employee
  • Support in standardizing company work process and SOPImplement knowledge retention initiatives to ensure sustainable staff development
*Learning & development design
  • Improve staff overall capacities by diagnosing the gap between expected and current performance
  • Design training workshop and another intervention method to promote staffs learning and ensure the effective transfer of knowledge
  • Deliver training and learning opportunities effectively and in line with set out principles and standard from the company
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in learning & development design, employee relation, and/or employee experience is preferred
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives preferred
  • Nice to be the one who is creative, detail-oriented
  • Good dealing with ambiguity, navigating uncertainty & change, willing learning agility Hand-on & have project management; building partnership skills
Other information:
  • Working Location: Lawrence S.Ting building, District 7, HCMC
  • Working time: 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday, 83 hrs/ biweekly cycle)
