HTTC - Business Analyst

Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam is launching new subsidiary IT company to apply new technology serving for residential ecosystem. We are looking for Business Analyst as below:

• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex and form of desired results.
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc.
• Re-engineer processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
• Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness and acceptance tests.
• Ensures changes made by programmers are correct.
• Trains internal employees or external clients on changes, new systems or new procedures.
• Considers business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline
• At Least 3 years of experience in Product management in mobile APP
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Logical thinking, critical thinking, attention to details
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine best solutions
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Fluent communication in English
• Ability to work under pressure, experience in a start-up business is preferrable
• Fluent in English
