About the job Admin Officer

We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...) 

We are looking for an Admin Officer, who will in charge:
  • Caring out the recruitment of vice team leader/leader/supervisor/hygiene staff
  • Caring out procedures for new employee/quit employee
  • Tracking, updating the list of new/quit employee and reporting to HR
  • Following the list of employees over the probationary period to complete the application procedure, as well as the Labor Contract
  • Making the time-keeping monthly
  • Performing management of records and contracts of the department
  • Making payment for hygienic partners
  • Working with manager for making payment requests
  • Supporting for training staff
  • Other jobs as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in related fields: Foreign language/Accounting
  • Have over 1 year of experience same role
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Have good administrative skills
  • Honesty, hard-working
Other information:
  • Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday morning)
  • Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
