We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...)
We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor, who will in charge:
- Control the payment, contract, GL, AR, AP
- Co-operate with other teams / other companies in Group to handle the issues in work
- Review/ Control the monthly reports for the company, the completeness management fee reports
- Support budget for departments, company, complexes
- Liaise with a software company to handle the requirements/issues related
- Work with the audit firm, Tax Dept, authority, counterparty relating to accounting/tax works
- Other tasks from Dept Head / Company / Group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in related fields: Accounting/Auditing
- Have at least 4 -5 years of experience same role
- Computer literate, Advance English skills
- Have good communication skills
- Have experiences working in Big4, CPA firms are preferable
