About the job Site Engineer
Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. On the launching of a new Real Estate project in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh province.
We are looking for a Site Engineer, who will:
- Supervise the construction of Contractors to ensure the approved correct design.
- Follow up the approved construction schedule, ensure quality, volume, comply with the processes and regulations during construction.
- Preserving materials and products which have been or are being constructed, avoiding loss and damage at construction sites.
- Regularly remind Contractors in compliance with labor safety, environmental sanitation, fired fighting on site as prescribed.
- Responsible for controlling product quality and progress for the assigned workload, organizing internal acceptance for teams, checking and taking over construction works from the Contractors.
Other information:
- Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
- Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus from Long Bien office)
- 2~4 years experience in working at the related company: Construction of medium and large scale;
- Having working experience at medium and large-scale projects in the same industry.
