Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. On the launching of a new Real Estate project in Bac Ninh province,
We are looking for a Payment Controller Team Leader, who will:
- Checking and reviewing the payment document submitted by the contractor including but not limited to completed work quantity, contract price, document compliance with legal regulation, and company internal policy.
- Prepare and submit the contractor payment claim in accordance with internal policy
- Assisting the Department Head to set up and control the payment process in the effective manor
- Prepare the payment guideline to the contractor
- Assist the department head in quarterly/annualy spend report
- Contract management: contract extension, contract liquidation and contract amendment
- Tracking of contract variation order
- Experience in Quantity Survey job is plus
- Good understanding of applicable law in construction; construction law, tender law.... is an advantage
Requirements:
- 6-8 years experience in Payment Controller or QS with Construction Economic University degree & new construction certificates
- Good English, plus Chineses
Other information:
- Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
- Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus)
