About the job Financial Analyst Supervisor
The most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam: Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) is looking for a new FINANCIAL ANALYST SUPERVISOR, who will analyst data financial for our new projects and:
- In charge of the Group’s funding needs and arrange funding sources in a timely manner
- Work with banks, financial institutions to arrange bank loans, or other financial solutions to finance operation needs, project investment, including negotiating loan terms, reviewing loan agreements and following up with banks on periodic and non-periodic reports, and study alternative funding sources.
- Work with internal departments to keep track and double-check and manage the loans during the loans’ tenor.
- Work with banks and internal departments to arrange special programs to support sales.
- Support other internal departments in dealing with banks’ issues.
- Prepare reports and forecasts on the Group’s financial conditions upon request.
- Collect and analyze financial market information. Back up for the Manager in the daily operations of the department.
- Report to the Finance Manager and VP
Other information:
- Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
- Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
Requirement
- At least 05-year experience in Big audited firms; International banks.
- High level of proficiency with Excel, analyzing tools
- Detail-oriented; Meticulous
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven, and self-motivated.
- Good communication & teamwork
- Advance English skill to report Taiwanese Managers
