Airport Services Manager CCS: The Airport Services Manager has the oversight of both the operations and administrative responsibilities at station level. The roles ensure that the operations run smoothly and cost effectively whilst conforming to safety and security requirements. Essential to this role is ensuring that customers are provided with the Qatar Airways 5 Star service promise, thus creating a competitive advantage for Qatar Airways in all ground products and services.

Airport Services Duty Supervisor CCS: Supervise and control flight-handling activities such as Flight Editing, Check-in, Transfers, and Boarding, etc., in order to ensure a high service standard. Achieve optimum customer satisfaction and on-time departure of flights. Excellent skill to deal with flight delays, disruptions, denied boarding etc. Deputize Airport Services Duty Officer and/or Airport Representative.

Airport Services Duty Officer CCS: Responsible for the overall control of the shift. Monitor the activities of the sections at the airport and coordinating with other sections. Ensure punctuality and safety of all Qatar Airways operations.

REQUIREME

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

Airport Services Manager:

Bachelors Degree with minimum of 6 years job-related experience
Relevant experience as an Airport Manager with a major airline.
Extensive overall knowledge of all areas of airport operations
Fluent in written and spoken in English, Spanish is of added value
Able to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Able to foster teamwork among team members.
Dynamic and adaptable to ever changing operational requirements.
Work experience in a multi-cultural environment.
Knowledge of program development, budget preparation and administration.

Airport Services Duty Supervisor:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Fluent in English both written and spoken, Spanish is of added value
Advanced Customer Relations trainings such as Passenger services (Altea), Baggage Services (World Tracer), Ground operations (GSM/GOM), Dangerous goods Regulations, weight and balance, Sound knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & Ticketing, including ID/AD tickets (Industrial/Agent Discounted tickets)
High computer literacy
5 years of job-related experience required
You must also have the right to live and work in Venezuela to be considered for this role

Airport Services Duty Officer:

Bachelors Degree
4 years relevant experience
Experience in an airline or a reputed GHA on a supervisory level.
Fluent in written and spoken in English, Spanish is of added value
Weight and Balance, Ramp handling, Dangerous Goods Regulation knowledge.
Must be able to perform duties under pressure while maintaining the highest levels of the customer service standards adhering to tight deadlines.
Flexibility to take up duty travel to out stations for covering various assignments.
High level computer literacy.
Good understanding of Qatar Airways Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security procedures in accordance with ICAO and IATA and local authorities.
