• Prepares and cooks individual Japanese dishes and foods.
• Ensures quality of food and determines the size of food proportions.
• Ensures that all food is creatively and attractively presented at all times.
• Work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• With at least 8 years of experience in a Japanese Restaurant that provides authentic Japanese cuisine
• Ability to work both fast and accurately
• Flexibility to take on various shifts
