Pastry Chef
Job Description:
- Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
- Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.
- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation.
- Ensuring their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of French pastries is a MUST
- Must have at least 2-3 years of working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.
