Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
- Hire and train staff members.
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
- Order ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff.
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
- Open and close the restaurant on time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of HRS (Hotel and Restaurant Services Diploma) or a 4-year BS HRM degree with at least 5-6 years of experience in a restaurant environment.
- High school graduate with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping.
- Capability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
