• To carry out the PT/OT care plan as assigned by the PT/OT
• To record, report and document the therapy sessions performed by the clients daily
  
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of rehabilitative equipment and report any faults to the PT/OT

Qualifications:

• Female
• Diploma in PT/OT.
• Preferably 1 year or more experience in PT/OT.
