With a network of 300+ consultants worldwide, we specialize in Commissioning & Qualification, Validation, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Medical Devices, Modular Cleanrooms, Thermal Mapping, and more.We are currently seeking a Bilingual Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives at our Puerto Rico office. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is comfortable working independently to drive business growth in Puerto Rico's thriving pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Puerto Rico pharmaceutical market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic plans to position PharmEng in emerging markets.
  • Represent the company in client meetings (in-person and virtual) and industry events.
  • Collaborate remotely with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Create sales forecasts, pipelines, and comprehensive business development strategies.
  • Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns and local branding efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development within the pharmaceutical or consulting industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and Puerto Rico's pharmaceutical landscape.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and related technologies.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset to work independently and succeed in a dynamic industry.
