Groundskeeper

Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team in Houston, TX. This on-site position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of outdoor areas. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a sharp eye for detail, and is comfortable handling a variety of physical maintenance duties.

Core Responsibilities

• Always follow all OSHA safety guidelines, using appropriate personal protective equipment
• Consistently meet or exceed internal safety expectations on-site
• Keep outdoor areas and facility surroundings clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed around the property
• Complete additional tasks and duties as requested by supervisors
• Perform hands-on physical work including sweeping, shoveling, stooping, squatting, and bending
• Operate groundskeeping tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner

Qualifications and Skills

• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods
• A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining clean and well-kept outdoor environments
• Capable of working both independently and in coordination with a team
• Prior experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
