Senior Technical Data Analyst

For years, much of the gaming industry has focused on creating immersive experiences that transport players into virtual worlds of endless tapping. But games can and should do more. They should empower players, bring families closer together, and enhance cognitive skills rather than just providing escapism.

Our client is developing a unique, family-friendly, competitive mobile skill game that connects people worldwide, allowing them to engage, interact, and sharpen their cognitive abilities.

They are now looking for a Senior Technical Data Analyst to take ownership of all data-related aspects from infrastructure and tools to querying and analysis. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's analytics strategy, ensuring that data is stored, processed, visualized, and analyzed effectively to improve the games performance and user experience.


Responsibilities:

• Expand, improve, and maintain data pipelines from the production database to the analytical database.
• Monitor and optimize the analytical system (Snowflake) to ensure reliability and performance.
• Build and enhance dashboards (Tableau) to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze data and generate business insights to drive decision-making.
• Define analytics requirements for new features.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Development teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst.
• Strong understanding of database architecture and managing data flows.
• Proven experience in establishing a functional data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and managing Tableau reports.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from Google Analytics.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in a mobile gaming company (Big Plus).
• Background in a B2C company.
• Experience with advanced statistical tools (Python preferred).
