About the Role:
Our client is undergoing a major transition from outsourced marketing to an in-house team and is looking for a high-level Digital Marketing Lead/ Manager to spearhead this transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a broad understanding of B2B marketing who can take ownership of the entire function, manage contractors for specific areas, and drive marketing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the digital marketing strategy, overseeing all aspects of SEO, content development, social media, and email marketing.
- Maintain and manage the company website, ensuring it aligns with business goals and optimizes user experience.
- Develop and manage LinkedIn profiling and advertising to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee content marketing efforts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and thought leadership.
- Establish and manage social media presence (currently in early stages).
- Drive email marketing campaigns, including a monthly newsletter.
- Manage and coordinate external contractors for specialized areas like paid advertising, content creation, and design.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Analyze marketing performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills must be fluent in written and spoken English (non-negotiable).
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to oversee and manage multiple marketing functions.
- Copywriting experience / content development
- Experience in SEO, website management, content marketing, email marketing, and social media (especially LinkedIn).
- Ability to manage and coordinate external contractors, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CMS systems.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership and make key marketing decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing with a track record of driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Background in leading marketing transitions from outsourced to in-house.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making.
