Senior Data Analyst

For years, much of the gaming industry has centered around immersive virtual worlds built for endless tapping. But games can do more they can empower, connect, and sharpen minds.

Our client is creating a unique, family-friendly, competitive mobile skill game designed to bring people together from around the world while strengthening cognitive abilities through play.
They are now seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the company's data insights efforts. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for analyzing user behavior, tracking performance metrics, and turning data into strategic decisions that improve gameplay, engagement, and overall experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, game performance, and feature adoption to generate actionable insights.
• Own the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources.
• Define KPIs and create reports that support Product, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data analysis.
• Support A/B testing and help define success metrics for new features and campaigns.
• Monitor ongoing performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Experience analyzing data from tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the mobile gaming industry (strong plus).
• Background working in B2C environments.
• Familiarity with Python or other statistical tools for deeper data analysis
